Toombs County Schools has continued to monitor roads throughout the day. Our transportation department and bus drivers are working with families who live on roads impacted by the rain to provide a safe travel home today and to school tomorrow. Should you have any questions regarding school bus routes, please contact the Toombs County School System Transportation Department.

Please mark your calendar and plan to join us Nov. 21st.

Our art students continue to #SetTheStandard by creating fun, vibrant projects. Students layered colors using only color pencils to bring these Fall colors to life on each pumpkin.

We are all working to be better parents everyday.

Seventh Grade ACE students are learning about characterization. In small groups, they were given a picture of a pair of shoes. Their task was to create and flesh out a character who owned those shoes. Their work is phenomenal!! Great job, students!

Science Lab Day is so much fun! #setthestandard

School portrait retakes are tomorrow, November 6th. Retake dates are for students who were absent on the original school portrait day or perhaps the student forgot about it being picture day and wore an outfit or hairstyle that the parent did not want in the school portrait. If possible, please send the proof or a note with your students if you want them to have portrait retakes explaining why you need/want the retake.
Also, Fall sports team pictures will also be made on this day.

Save the Date!

The TCMS Band Program had an unforgettable experience as students got an up-close look at the University of Georgia’s legendary Redcoat Marching Band in action on their way to the Georgia-Florida game. The students were able to witness a thrilling rehearsal, where they saw first-hand the precision, energy, and passion that fuels a college-level marching band. This unique opportunity offered our students a glimpse into the intensity and excitement of a powerhouse band program, leaving them inspired and excited about the possibilities in their own musical journeys!
