Advanced Placement Schedule

Advanced Placement Information & Reminders
We begin Advanced Placement testing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026! Below is information about each test. I have provided a handout from College Board that lists what you will need to bring and not bring the day of testing.
● Pens/Pencils: We will have pens and pencils for you, but you may bring your own.
● Drinks & Snacks: You can bring a bottle of water and snack, but you need to make sure that it is labeled since you will have to place it in the hallway outside of the testing area.
● Electronic Devices: You are not permitted to have any electronic devices while testing. We will collect these devices prior to testing. See the list of what not to bring to the testing room if possible. You may not access your devices during break.
● Breaks: During the break between Sections 1 and 2 of your AP Exam, or during any other unscheduled breaks, you are not allowed to consult textbooks, notes, teachers, or other students; and you may not use any electronic or communication devices, like your cell phone, for any reason. You may not leave the building at any time during the exam administration, including during a scheduled break. Remember, whether it’s during breaks or after the exam, you must not communicate anything about the exam content to anyone, including your classmates and your teachers.
● Calculators: Students can review the chart below and also view the calculator policy at https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/exam-policies-guidelines/calculator-policies.
● Terms & Conditions: Teachers have emailed or posted the Terms and Conditions for you to review. I have also attached a copy for you to review. You can review it online at https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/exam-policies-guidelines/terms-conditions

Prior to Test Day:
● Make sure you can sign in to Bluebook™ using their College Board student account email and password to access their digital AP Exam. Make sure you are signed out of your Chromebook and click on Apps at the bottom left side of your screen. Saving passwords on devices won’t work.

Day of Testing Procedures:
● Have your Chromebook ready and charged for testing.
● On the day of testing, students need to report to their first block teacher unless it is a SECCA course. The administration will make an announcement for you to report to your testing location. All testing will take place on campus. SECCA students can wait in the media center. See the chart below.
● Once students are in the testing location, they will find their name on a desk. Students must be seated in a random order.
● On exam day, students need to sign in to Bluebook™ using their College Board student account email and password to access their digital AP Exam. Saving passwords on devices won’t work.

If a student anticipates missing an exam due to a school-sponsored athletic event or a school-required graduation event, the student will need to speak with Mrs. Branham before the exam to reschedule. No other rescheduling will be allowed.
